ADDITIONAL ARTICLE AFTER ARTICLE 22, inserting Article Next:
The third and fourth paragraphs of Article 52 of Law No. 2004-806 of 9 August 2004 concerning the public health policy are replaced by four paragraphs as follows:
"A decree of the Council of State specifies the modalities for implementing this Article and the conditions of theoretical and practical training in clinical psychopathology must complete all professionals wishing to enroll in the National Register of Psychotherapists. It defines the conditions under which the ministries of health and higher education institutions are acceptable allowed to deliver this training.
