A non-executor in court
January 9 at 13:15 the Appeal Court would decide in the 4th Chamber of the Palais de Justice in Paris on the lawsuit filed by the Friends of J. Lacan to the one it chooses for executor.
It is indeed clear that given the current pace follow the publication of seminars, it will forever remain unfinished because it is unlikely that any successor will have novice and the commitment and ability to finish.
Should he stay there?
